In order to not complicate matters too much, I will try to be brief and concise. I have filed a class action (state wide) grievance this morning with the Board of Higher Ed, concerning wrongful terminations due to denials of religious accommodations at the community colleges.
In an effort to ensure nothing is missed, I along with the other higher education staff representatives, will also be filing individual grievances at each campus.
Below you will find the grievance, our statement and supporting document and the signed Community College MOA.
